Our installation process
A clear, repeatable process protects adhesion, appearance and long-term performance.
Mechanical preparation opens the concrete surface for a strong bond. We do not rely on acid etching.
Cracks and surface defects are repaired, edges are prepared and the slab is cleaned before coating.
A high-performance base coat receives a full decorative flake broadcast for coverage and texture.
A clear polyaspartic topcoat seals the flake system. Urethane (polyurethane) topcoats are also available where compatible with the selected system and project requirements.
We review slab condition, existing coatings, oil contamination, cracks, moisture concerns, access and the intended use of the floor. Heavy contamination, coating removal and major concrete repairs may require additional preparation.
You receive return-to-service instructions for foot traffic, storage and vehicles. Cure times vary with product selection and site conditions, so we confirm them for your project.
